There's nothing to install and no tool to learn. If you can send an email, you can use Dossier. It's a working product, but an early one — we're pre-revenue and building with our first customers.

If a deliverable misses what you asked for, you get one free rerun — send back what was off and we'll redo it at no charge. Because you also see a free preview before paying, you'll rarely be surprised, but the rerun is there as a backstop.

Every job comes back first as a free, watermarked preview — the real deliverable, built on your actual data, not a mockup. You can look it over and judge the exact work before spending a cent.
The preview is leak-proof and view-only: it can't be cleaned up or extracted, so the usable, editable file only exists once you pay. If the preview isn't what you wanted, you simply don't unlock it — no charge.
Your data is used only to produce your deliverable, and it's never sold. We ask you to send only what a job needs — and to redact anything you don't want shared.
